I feel the best!

I was able to open up to Gabby very easily. She listened very well and showed care and interest in what I had to say. I have been battling with emotional eating and since a recent back injury, my motivation to exercise has depleted. As much as I used to enjoy the gym, and demands and stress at work I focused on enjoying going home and relaxing with foods that nourish my mind and not necessarily my body.

I felt relaxed and calm throughout the session and felt able to answer the questions based on feelings and things I could hear.

I learnt that I use food to comfort me when feeling empty emotionally. When I am stressed, I would eat to feel comfort and loved. I know I am not happy with my current physical appearance so know these choices of seeking comfort through food can be given elsewhere without piling on the pounds.

Gabby’s voice is so calming and relaxing and she included lots of the things I discussed with her in my intake making it a real positive experience. The recording is very specific to my needs and extremely personal.

I am much more mindful about the food choices I eat and I was so motivated to bulk cook and prepare healthy well-nourished meals for work. I have slowly started going back to the gym and building up my cardio and strength gently without hurting the body. I have been choosing fresh juices, water over fizzy drinks and I am debating in my mind alternative better choices when feeling hungry.

I would definitely recommend Gabby to family and friends for a transformational session. She is completely professional throughout and empathetic towards sensitive needs. Thank you so much to helping me towards my weight loss and helping me to feel the best I have in a long time.

Gabriela Helped Me Feel Wonderful

My issue was some unresolved traumas from childhood showing as anger management, and emotional triggers of depression after divorce.

Before hypnosis I felt a wave of anger and feeling arising unresolved in my body and mind, blocked emotions and past patterns. I got help in hypnosis and it was resolved there and then. In regression I understood were they come from. Then Gabriela helped me release it.

It was unbelievable to see the root cause of the issue of anger and depression, and past blocked emotions. I felt unbelievably overwhelmed to see the cause of it, as it went back to childhood. These triggers were released. The recording helped rewrite my brain with positive thoughts, amazing.

I highly recommend Gabriela and hypnotherapy to anyone that is going through balancing, the healing journey of mind, body and soul. Gabriela helped me release past emotions and feel wonderful.
